Come enjoy our spacious, comfortable, beachfront condo, and let the sugar-white sands and clear emerald waters beckon you to relax, enjoy, and unwind. Located on the desirable fifth floor of the new Twin Palms, our non-smoking condo with an open floor plan allows expansive views to soothing, awe inspiring views where the Gulf of Mexico mirrors the beauty of the Caribbean.

And that's the view that grabs you from the moment you walk in the front door of this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. From the living room and master bedroom you can open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the beautiful balcony that overlooks the white sands and blue water.

It's the perfect vacation spot, where you can let the stress fall away.

The balmy breezes, mild temperatures, and lapping surf draw you to the beach to run and play in the sand and gentle water, or you may simply choose to explore and reflect. When you're ready to return from the beach, you'll discover that Twin Palms guests also enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna and an exercise room.

Although our condo offers all the comforts and amenities of home, you can shop for groceries and other items at Wal-Mart, which is within walking distance. Area attractions are plentiful and sure to please every member of your family: golfing, fishing, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by.

Step out onto the private balcony for front row seats to view awe-inspiring, ever-changing sunsets that paint the sky the color of gems. Gaze out at starlit night skies that will take your breath away.

Cancellation Policy

Twin Palms 504 RULES

1. Check-in is 4:00PM Check-out is 10:00AM

Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $100.00.

2. A deposit of $500.00, and a valid credit card number is required.

The deposit will be returned if no damage is reported and the keys

are returned. When checking into condo, if damage is observed,

contact Keith Adams immediately at (850) 624-7962.

If not reported, you will be held responsible.

4. Deposits will be returned when requests for a cancellation are

received more than (30) thirty days in advance of the arrival date.

5. If a personal check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be

charged the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges. Personal Checks are only accepted if sent 2 weeks in advance of stay.

6. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or

early departure for any reason except Tropical Storm/Hurricane


7.. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN UNIT. Any damage or cleaning

expense from smoking will be deducted from your damage deposit.

8. Pets are not allowed in the unit.

9. Loud parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are

grounds for eviction from the unit.

10. Please do not take bath towels, linens, glasses or dishes to the pool

or beach.

11. Do not open front and balcony doors at the same time: damage

may result from strong cross wind.

12. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.

13. Remove all trash upon check-out.

1. Security Deposit for the rental unit is $500.00 (credit card, check or money order), and is authorized for automatic payment for damages if applicable to this unit.

If damages are present the entire amount will be held until estimates of work can be obtained. For this reason, a credit card on file is highly recommended for both parties best interests.

2. Any damage to the unit(i.e.holes in drywall, misplaced linens, broken doors, appliances, cabinets, etc.) will be assessed at time of check out and given a repair cost or replacement cost of fair market value. An itemized list,

pictures of damage, and charges taken from deposit will be sent to registered guest.

Our intention is not to offend anyone, only to protect our second home for us, you and others to enjoy. We hope that you understand our assertiveness and we hope that you stay again.
