This OCEAN BLOCK 4 BEDROOM/2 BATH NON SMOKING home (ONLY 9 HOUSES TO BEACH!!)with a HOT TUB and a NEW POOL with a Salt Water System (10'X20')for 2008 season is situated high in the dunes on the Oceanside of Duck is designed as an H-floor plan which offers an open living area and kitchen . A few of the special features include the sound views from the 600 Square Foot wrap around decks with a hot tub, cedar lap siding, cedar closets, an outside shower, utility room, and plenty of parking for all of your guests. In 2002 the home was completely remodeled with many new items to include hardwood floors in the main living area and kitchen, carpet in all of the bedrooms, tile floors in bathrooms, kitchen appliances and sink, sliding glass doors and windows, expansion of the deck. The high elevation provides the wonderful sound view and a quick walk to the community beach access with no streets to cross. Sunday to Sunday weekly rental.There is also a sound access for the community.SORRY NO PETS /NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!!!!

Transportation To and Around Duck Beach Rentals



The main road through Duck is NC Highway 12, here known as Duck Road. Duck is located 10 miles north of Kitty Hawk and is a four-and-a-half hour drive from Raleigh-Durham Airport. The facility was created to study the dynamic processes of a barrier islands.
