Vacation Rental Description
Golf course villa/gated community (overlooks #1 green on Marsh Course at Peninsula Golf & Racket Club). Very quiet location with small lake directly behind the property. There are four (4) villa units per building (called "The Links") our villa being on the 2nd floor/vaulted ceiling with great view.

Area Description
The Peninsula property is bordered on three sides by the Bon Secor federal wildlife area. The property also has over a mile of private beach on Mobile Bay. Peninsula members (and their renters) also have reciprocal visitation rights (to use the private Gulf of Mexico beach & restaurant facilities) at "The Beach Club" just eight miles away. Note: Peninsula is located just 5.5 miles outside of downtown Gulf Shores and approx. 35 miles from Pensicola Airport.
