Puerto Rico Vacation Rental apartment

Vieques Island is off the east coast of Puerto Rico and Las Olas is located on the north coast of Vieques Island in Bravos de Boston.It is a one bedroom apartment on the ground level of private home. There is complete privacy and the home sits on almost 3/4 of an acre .There is a queen bed in the bedroom and air conditioner.It is full furnished and has a futon in the living room to sleep 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are small balconies in of the living room and the bedroom, in addition to the patio facing the ocean.The living room has DISHTV. Enjoy fresh bananas, coconuts guava on the property.Las Olas is a budget vacation rental and priced accordingly. It is clean and is seeking laid back vacationers ready to relax and unwind. It is one of the best values on Vieques.The town of Isabel Segunda is only about a 15 minute walk away. The ferry dock,grocery store, and restaurants are located there.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation fee is 20% of the total stay if we are notified 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date and the house can be rented to another party for your time period. In this case, the deposit will be returned minus the 20% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation and the house cannot be re-booked, the deposit will not be refunded.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the entire amount is required so that we can confirm your reservation.Thirty days prior to your arrival the remaining 50% is due. A confirmed reservation obligates both of us for the entire length of the reservation. Deposits are not transferable to another date but may be transferred to one of your friends/family in your place. Full payment must be received 1 month (4 weeks) before date of arrival.

Security Deposit: In case of damage or loss to the property or contents, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate amount.

Early Departure: If you decide to leave sooner than the reserved days, then you are responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.
