Deposit & Rental Payment: Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received. A deposit of 50% of the rent is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Other Fees
Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit will be required with the balance payment and returned within 30 days of departure.
Property Damage and Missing Items: Properties are subject to inventory prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests will be responsible for any broken or missing items detected after guest departure. You will be notified and those charges will be itemized and charged from your security deposit authorization.

Miscellaneous:
In consideration for all guests, there is no smoking in the house.
If the house requires heavy cleaning, your security deposit will be used to cover charges over the standard cleaning fee.
Returned check fee is $35.00 and any additional payments must be made with certified funds (credit card, bank check, money order).
