Casa Verano condos include 8 modern, upscale studios and one bedrooms located in a renovated art deco historic building in the heart of South Beach. Gorgeous building, nice sized modern, clean, self service furnished vacation rental apartments.
GREAT LOCATION!!! Located in the heart of South Beach, 1521-1523 Euclid Ave at 15th St. One block from famous Lincoln Road and 3 blocks from Ocean Drive, a couple of minutes walk to one of the most talked about beaches in the world. Walk to all nightlife, restaurants, beaches and the convention center.
We have 8 condos here, we do not have pictures of each one, they are all furnished the same. See our photos for sampling of the condos. Studios sleep 3 maximum - they are one room with queen bed and full futon, full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet and private slate bath, about 550sf. One bedrooms sleep 4 maximum - they are 3 rooms (kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, living room with double futon) with private slate bath about 750sf.
These are some of the largest vacation rental accommodation condos you will find so close to the beach. Very clean, sleek, modern accommodations.
These are SELF SERVICE condos for INDEPENDENT LIVING in South Beach. This is not a hotel, there are no services, no daily housekeeping, no doorman or concierge, no pool, no parking, no high prices. We provide a small amount of complimentary supplies such as toilet paper and coffee filters to get you through your first couple of days, but you must purchase supplies on your own for your stay.
AMENITIES: Linens and towels supplied (bring own beach towel!), cable TV, central a/c, washer/dryer in each unit, FREE wireless internet, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher. All condos have one queen bed and one full futon.
RESERVATIONS:
50% via cc to our PayPal account to reserve
50% 30 days prior to arrival to same account
$250 security put on credit card when you arrive and removed after you leave assuming no damage.
TERMS:
1) No Smoking and No Pets in any units.
2) These are very nice condos in a residential building, they are not sound proofed. For the comfort of all our guests, we have a NO PARTIES and NO GUESTS policy in all the units, no loud music or noise, especially after 11PM. Strictly enforced at risk of eviction and full loss of security deposit. South Beach is a great place to party, Casa Verano is not.
3) Check in is anytime after 4PM, Check out is by 10AM, no early check ins or late checkouts available, sorry.
These are very nice condos, we do our best to keep them that way and make sure all guests enjoy their stay. One owner lives on premise. Video surveillance of common areas.
These are Self Service Condos. We can, on occasion (but not guaranteed), take care of bags between 10-4 for early arrival or later departure. Work that out with the housekeeper if she is on premises.
PARKING: There is NO PARKING here. Street parking is not permitted in South Beach. Parking garages are around South Beach, we have no info on them. You do not need a car here, we recommend not bringing one - just do a daily rental for day trips.

Required Stay
One week for many dates, 4 nights on occasion can be accommodated
Cancellation Policy
If LESSEE cancels reservation due to travel changes or unforeseen events, the funds will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the same period and for the same amount. At that time, 75% of what has been re-rented will be refunded to the LESSEE. It is suggested that travel insurance be purchased.
