This beautiful privately owned contemporary townhouse was built in 1999 and is located in a quiet, woodsy area on a dead end street inside the private resort of Waterville Estates in the White Mountains. It is just 1/4 mile from the multi-million dollar private Recreation Center (4 free guest passes included with your stay!) Just minutes away from Hew Hampshire's largest Ski Resorts and 10 minutes from Waterville Valley Center. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each room, plus a double bed and double futon in the loft. There are 1.5 bathrooms and an open kitchen/dining room/living room area with a beautiful propane fireplace. There are Cathedral ceilings, new wall-to-wall carpeting, sliding glass doors to private deck with running stream in rear yard. This is a private home and is immaculate & well maintained. Enjoy your own, private, fully furnished townhouse for a weekend or a week. This is a great place to relax or keep the kids on the go. During Winter Peak Season weekend rates are $375.00 and a full week is $895.00. This excludes holidays and school vacations. (Prices are subject to change.)
