BEACH ACCESS! BEAUTIFUL UPSCALE DECOR!
Come and enjoy the sandy beaches, warm weather and beautiful sunsets on Indian Shores Florida. Welcome to our ground floor condo. We have just finished replacing carpet in the bedroom with more sanitary tile and we have repainted and updated the whole unit. We pride ourselves on having a very clean newly decorated one bedroom condo right across from the beach and beach access. Our unit is one of the few premium units with an outdoor patio for sunning and dining, right outside your front door. The condo has a layout like a townhouse. Outside the back door you can park and bring in your groceries straight into the kitchen, no stairs!
The grounds are beautifully maintained with several gas BBQ's available for your use. There are also several self serve laundries on site. The pool is large, clean and heated year round. It sits beside the intercoastal waterway where you can sunbath and watch the boats cruise up and down the canal. Fishing is available as well on the complexes own private dock.
Our spacious one bedroom condo has ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning, TV's in both the living area and bedroom and hi speed internet for your surfing and emailing in the evening. Phone long distance anywhere in U.S. and Canada for free. The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences of home. Dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, all the pots and pans and serving ware you would need to cook your own meal including a blender for those special afternoon drinks.

Area Description
Indian Shores is a small beach community which is very family and senior friendly. It is a safe area where you will feel secure walking around day and night. There are many restaurants, small stores and activities along the beach, many within walking distance. The popular Salt Rock Grill is next door to the complex and mini golf, convenience stores, tennis courts, boat launches, boat and scooter rentals and beach stores are near by. The beach trolley stops across the street and travels north to Clearwater and south to St. Petes Beach.
The beach is nice and wide here with white sand that does not burn your feet! The sunsets are the best! Come and see!
