“Tahoe Dream” is located in the Sierra tract neigborhood. This neighborhood is conveniently located in town, but with close proximity to a large meadow. Hiking and biking trails are accessible from the property, just a short stroll down the street. “Tahoe Dream” is just off Highway 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd), so whether you’re going skiing, to the lake, or to the Casinos you will be centrally located.

Proximity to Skiing
“Tahoe Dream” is ideally located for access to South Lake Tahoe’s three major ski resorts. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a short 9 minute drive (3 miles) from the house, while Sierra at Tahoe is only 25 minutes and Kirkwood is 40 minutes.

Proximity to Casinos & Stateline
Stateline and the Casinos are only 4.5 miles away, going out for dinner to one of South Tahoe’s many restaurants or to the Casinos for a night at the blackjack table is very convenient.

If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property. If we are successful in renting the house for the time booked by you, a refund for the re-rented property will be made.

Full payment is due one month prior to rental.
