Vacation Rental Description

Cabin built on stilts with large front porch clear views of the spring river and only a few steps away from our floating dock. Fishing, swimming, canoeing or floating.

All of the luxuries of home charming but simple, air conditioned two bedroom, two bath cabin showers only , a fully equipped kitchen, and sleeping space for 6 in one king size bed and a full sized bed along with a full size sleeper sofa.

Spring River just down from Low Water Bridge. Campers are all too familiar with the early morning swims in the refreshing waters of the Spring River. If you love canoeing, the Spring River with its Class II, Class III rapids, s-curve shoots, and some three foot falls is the place to be. A Canoe trip on the Southfork or on the Spring River itself provides a great escape into nature and an exciting ride. All you anglers, the Spring River is noted for its plenteous rainbow trout! Nothing like fresh fish for supper! You would rather horse back ride at Lazy Acres Riding Stables ,play golf or tennis? Those venues are close by. Are antiques your weakness? Hardy is your bit of heaven as antique stores abound in the Old Hardy Town. And talk about food? We have the all Home Country Cooking or your choice of fast foods. Wal-Mart Super Center is just around the corner. There's lots of places to go, things to do or just sit, relax and chill out. McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried many local spots.

Holiday requires 3 night stay , Weekend require 2 night stay

Cancellation Policy

No refunds on cancellations lest the 96 hours (4 Days)

Other Fees

Pet Fee $50 per pet per stay no pets over 15 pounds.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. (Early check in or check out must be pre approved and can only be approved if no conflicts with other planed stays)
This is a NON SMOKING unit.
PETS -
PETS less than 15 pounds are permitted in rental units only with prior approval. $50 per pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.

You’re responsible and counted on to follow the tenant rules.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash containers, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• NO early check-in or late checkout.
• Parking in designated drive and no damage to yard due to parking.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the assigned manager for the property.
• No Smoking in House or disposing of smoking waste on the ground.
