Location Information
“Jazz” is located in the beautiful Black Bart neigborhood. This neighborhood is set in the forest near a large meadow, giving it a quiet, serene quality. Hiking and biking trails are accessible from the property, just a short stroll down the street. “Jazz” is just off Pioneer trail, so whether you’re going skiing, to the lake, or to the Casinos you will be centrally located.

Proximity to Skiing
“Jazz” is ideally located for access to South Lake Tahoe’s three major ski resorts. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a short 8 minute drive (3 miles) from the house, while Sierra at Tahoe is only 25 minutes and Kirkwood is 40 minutes.

Proximity to Casinos & Stateline
Stateline and the Casinos are only 4.5 miles away, going out for dinner to one of South Tahoe’s many restaurants or to the Casinos for a night at the blackjack table is very convenient.

If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property. If we are successful in renting the house for the time booked by you, a refund for the re-rented property will be made.

Full payment is due one month prior to rental.
