Area Description
Half a block from the Lake on the North Shore (Lakeview). Located within 10 minute drive of the Loop/Michigan Avenue. Ideal for viisting the shopping, theater and museums. A ten minute walk to Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs. Less than a five-minute walk to the 'L', that is the CTA red line (Sheraton). Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

Other Policies
•We require payment of the deposit via a credit or debit card using PayPay. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. The balance is due in cash on arrival. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Credit card details will be retained to act a security on property in the event of damage or excessive cleaning charges are to be made.
•If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide the property booked we will refund all monies you have paid in full and the Guest shall have no further claim against us.
•All our properties are within residential areas. Therefore we are unable to accept bookings for stag or hen parties.
•All properties are let out for a specific number of guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking if more that the specified number is found to be staying.
•Camp beds, cots and high chairs must be arranged at time of booking.
•Any special requirements requests must be made prior to arrival.
