Vacation Rental Description
The two bedrooms apt have two air-conditioner units and stays very cool. The bedrooms have a full bed in one and the other has two twin beds. The living room has a small roll away bed also. The kitchen, living room and dinning room are huge and comfortable. The apt comes with all utensils, plates and silver wear. It has a large refrigerator and a microwave. We have wi-fi internet and television. The house sleeps up to 5 people.
The neighborhood has a grocery store for shopping 12 min. walking and bus system is also ½ block away. We are 5 minutes from airport and 7 minutes to Isla Verde beaches by auto. I can refer you to several web sites on places to visit or inform you after you arrive.
We are in a very assessable location for traveling where ever you want to go in Puerto Rico!
We rent at a $65.00 dollars base per night up to 3 people; We need to know number of people in your group to have towels and clean linen . We have a one time $40 dollar cleaning fee depending on number of visitors. Also there is a $100 dollar security deposit that is returned upon leaving, after check-out is made and within 24 hrs. Our check in time is: 1:00pm and Check Out time 11:00am
