Hilton Head Vacation Rental condo

Enjoy your vacation at the beach in our newly renovated 2 bedroom condo just a short walk to the beach. Ocean Walk is a security controlled building, accessible only with your electronic key fob. As you enter, you take the glass elevator which overlooks the indoor heated pool and hot tub, and arrive at your floor. When you enter unit 211, you notice the fresh paint and new carpet. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen which has been stocked with everything necessary to create that gourmet meal or just create a snack. The dining room table seats six, and makes a great place for family games. The living room has a 42" LCD TV with a DVD player. The patio doors lead out to a covered 8X12 area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the pool and beautiful landscaped area. Off of the living room is your master bedroom suite which has it's own 32" LCD TV, along with the private master bath. The other side of the condo features a den/kitchenette with it's own TV, and has a new Twin sofa bed. The mini-kitchen has a small stove, refrigerator and sink. The guest bathroom is off of the hall leading to the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and a small sofa. This bedroom has it's own private patio also.

Ocean Walk is located just a couple of blocks from one of the best beaches in Hilton Head, South Forest Beach. The area sports lots of trees and greenery, and miles and miles of bike trails. A short walk to Coligny Plaza brings you to shopping, bike rentals, groceries, ice cream shops and restaurants, yet the condo is quiet and away from traffic.

Cancellation must be received 60 days before arrival date and be in writing for a refund of money, less $75.00 cancellation fee.
Any cancellation between 59 -31 days will result in 50% of money returned, and cancellations within 30 days or less from arrival will result in forfeiture of entire amount. If unit can be re-rented for the same amount, these penalties may be adjusted. Cancellation or early departure will not be eligible for any refund. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance separately
