Required Stay

Cancellation Policy
Two weeks in advance of reservation. A service charge of $150.00 will be applied for anytime less than two weeks.
Deposits
50% of cost is deposit and the balance of rental is due on the arrival date.
Other Fees
The security deposit of $500.00 will be returned after the stay within ten days.
