The 'Mermaid Cottage and Guest House' is your beach dream home come true. This is a very beautiful furnished 2800 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach cottage and guest house in the highly sought after Crystal Beach community. The 'Mermaid Cottage and Guest House' is only 2 blocks from the beach and is conveniently located within walking distance to Destin, Commons, Barns & Noble, Chili's..you name it... A lagoon 'SALTWATER POOL' is one of the larger 'private' pools in Crystal Beach. The 'Mermaid Cottage' has a large master bedroom with a huge jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There are two more bedrooms that are decorated beautifully and a bath that is convenient. The kids will have plenty of room with two separate bunk beds with their own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD player-and cable. Wireless Internet access is also provided. There is an OCEAN VIEW standing on the front porch at about 6.5 feet. without the extra charge.
