Vacation Rental Description
There properties to choose from within Mexico and anywhere worldwide with interval international. It is a vacation package (Avalon) which along with the apartment includes free drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) from 9-5, children eat and drink for free. You will have golf and spa membership and discounts on all inclusive/trips/car hire that are available from the resort. All apartments are ocean facing with a balcony and have either a limited or full kitchen depending on which resort you wish to go to. The apartment also comprises of a dining area and lounge room which has a double sofa bed if there are 4 people. All apartments are very spacious with air conditioning, room service, entertainment and sky TV. It is an apartment that you can either self cater or use the restaurants within the hotel of in town. It includes the added bonus of security and other amenities within the hotel. All hotels are near a town e.g Downtown Cancun. To see all hotels settings/restaurants/beachbars etc go to www.avalonvacations.com/vacationclub (However bear in mind the rooms on this site are hotel rooms and do not do the apartments justice. You can also look on the internet to compare to the hotel prices which are much smaller and do not include any extras. The eco hotel in Panama is also an option you can choose within the package.

The list of amenties depends on which resort you choose to stay in. This price is for the Mexico/Panama resorts. The other worldwide apartments depend on when you wish to go and the availablity of the apartment however these can be extremely reasonable especially if you are open to where you wnat to go. It is an exchange system so all hotels are 5* and you can choose anywhere that is listed in the catalogue. Get in touch and I can give you the good deals at the moment and areas to visit. With this package you can go for any amount of weeks and can also change hotels e.g week in Cancun and a week in Isla Mujeres as long as this is arranged beforehand.
Area Description
All hotels are close to an airport and town e.g Avalon grande is 10 mins away from Downtown Cancun. There is entertainment in the hotel e.g. Pool games, Mexican night, cooking lessons, bike rides and many more with Gyms and a spa also on the premises. The VIP bar is free between the hours of 9-5 for members (which you will be for your time there) There are also many excursions from the hotel e.g Chitzen itza, Tulum, other Mayan sites, eco parks and many more or you can explore it in your own time with a hir ecar or public transport.

If you wish to cancel you may sell it on to others and I will look for other buyers for your week. However if a replacement cannot be found the holiday will need to be covered by personal insurance.
