WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE LESS THAN 8 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, HALF THE ENTIRE BALANCE IS EXPECTED WITH THE DEPOSIT CHECK, AND THE BALANCE IS EXPECTED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE.
THE RENT IS REFUNDED ONLY IF THE RESERVATION ARE CANCELLED six WEEKS OR LONGER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. The tax, cost for linens and cost for maid service would be refunded if reservations are cancelled.
There is no refund for Inclement weather
