Area Description
This exceptional oceanfront apartment has direct access to one of the nicest beaches in the San Juan area. It shares its beach location with the upscale Ritz Carlton Hotel and Casino which is located right next door. The condo is not in a hotel or resort and is cared for by the owners themselves. You can enjoy it for as short as a one night stay or up to several months. Water sports rentals are available right on the beach including Jet Skiing, sailing and boating. Walk to major hotels and casinos and to a variety of restaurants, as well as car rentals, pubs, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and other retail stores. Ten minutes away is Old San Juan, founded 500 years ago, where you can visit forts, museums and art galleries, or do some serious shopping at the many specialty stores and factory outlets, or just walk down the cobblestone streets and admire the old Spanish architecture. Other touring attractions include El Yunque Mountain and Rain Forest, underground caves, Bacardi Rum factory and a visit to the southern city of Ponce, about one hour away.
