Required Stay
3 Night Minnimum
Cancellation Policy
Reservations Cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation date will recieve a full refund. Reservations cancelled 15-29 days prior to reservation date will recieve a 50% refund. Reservations Cancelled 14 days or less than reservation date will not recieve a refund.
Deposits
Initial deposit is 2 nights of reservation. There is a security damage deposit of $250.00 that will be refunded after check out if no damage has occured to unit.
Other Fees
Crib, High Chair available if needed for $25.00 per week per item.
Other Policies
There is no smoking inside the unit. Smoking is permitted outside only. If there is smoking done in the unit there will be a charge for cleaning the carpets and such of no less than $150.00
