Welcome to our friendly building in the heart of Waikiki at Kaiulani Avenue, where you will find great value accommodations for the whole family.
Apartment is centrally located just 2 short blocks away from world famous Waikiki Beach right by the Duke statue.
A local supermarket, restaurants, public transportation and International Market Place, Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium are all just a short stroll away.
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit is ~600 square feet on the fifth floor of a quiet building on a side street, away from busy Waikiki through fares.
The condo is fully furnished and offers all the conveniences of your own home. Beautiful, newly installed maple pergo floor leads through a large kitchen into a spacious living room. An open kitchen with a bar counter and 2 bar stools has a large fridge, stove with an oven and a stand alone microwave oven. All cooking utensils, cups, dishes, pots and pans, towels (beach and bath) and linens are provided in the unit. Big living room with full size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs opens into a Lanai.
There is also a 24 inch TV set with VHS and DVD player in the living room.
The unit also contains 2 fully separate bedrooms which makes this apartment ideal for a family vacation. Having a separate master and 2nd bedroom you will be able to enjoy the time to yourself in the livingroom when the kids are asleep.
Master bedroom consists of queen size bed and second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. A freshly remodeled bathroom with a large pedestal sink and tiled shower stall separates the two bedrooms. The apartment easily sleeps up to 5 people.
The building has a secure keyed entrance. There is also an on-site resident manager.
This condominium is privately owned and managed. Therefore, we have low rental rates and take a personal interest in our renters. Our goal is to have renters who not only return time and time again, but also recommend our vacation condominiums to their friends.
