Besides a perfect location, the building is equiped with a 24hr doorman, laundry room in the basement, and a parking garage under the building.. There is also cable High Def. television, high speed internet connection and a landline phone, with a desktop comp. for your use.The linen closet is fully stocked with towels and anything else you will need during your stay. There is a fully functioning kitchen and eating area for staying in, or tons of other choices right outside. We are in the center of Manhattan and just a 8 min max. subway ride to the everywhere in the city...

Policies
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given if a renter cancels their reservation more that 3 weeks before the arrival date.
Deposits
The deposit required is 20% of the total balance due for the entire stay.. Upon arrival the remainder of the balance is due.
