Vacation Rental Description
The Anchorage is a very family oriented property with immaculate grounds and tropical landscaping in the prestigous Ocean Forest section of Myrtle Beach. Our condo is a 1200 square foot unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with overstuffed recliners, couch with queensize hideabed, dining room with comfortable seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry room, central air, porch with pool and oceanviews. Rentals are weekly or seasonal. Rental fee includes linens, towels, departure maid service, beach chairs, umbrella. SC tax will be applied to rental fee. Please, no smoking.

Rental fees include weekly rate, plus South Carolina tax. A first time renter's security deposit of $250.00 is additional to the rent and tax. Security deposit returned, all or in part, after the exit cleaning and inspection. Please allow up to 60 days for return of your security deposit.

Area Description
Our property is located on Myrtle Beach's "Golden Mile". Many lavish oceanfront homes neighbor the property contributing to the homey atmosphere. We are in the "cabana section" of Myrtle Beach, which provides a quiet relaxation yet we are within 5 minutes of Broadway at the Beach and 6 miles South of Restaurant Row. Pine Lakes Golf Course is within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy
Refund-- If you must cancel your confirmed reservation, regardless of reason (bad weather, economic reasons, illness, etc) and the unit is not re-rented you will forfeit your advance deposit. If the unit is re-rented your advance deposit will be refunded.
Weather Related Emergencies-- Tropical storms and hurricanes are natural occurrences all along the southeastern coast. Should a tropical storm or hurricane require the mandatory evacuation of Horry County coastal areas, your money will be refunded for any days a mandatory evacuation is in effect.

Deposits
Method of Payment- Standard reservations require an advance deposit of $250.00 received within 14 days of the reservation request. If we do not receive the deposit within 14 days the reservation will be cancelled. Final payment, which includes the balance of the rental amount and a $250.00 security deposit is required 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to check-in. Any monies paid less than 30 days prior to check-in must be in certified funds (cashiers checks, certified checks or money orders).

Other Policies
NO SMOKING, NO HOUSEPARTIES, no portion of the premises are to be sublet or assigned to anyone other than the rentor, no motorcycles or trailers, no commercial vehicles allowed on property. Owners not responsible for renters personal items.
