All our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites have full size eat-in gourmet kitchens, not galley or kitchenette and are 800 to 1000 sq. ft., larger than suite hotels.

We offer accommodation for short term as well as extended stays. We provide superior accommodations for less than the cost of a downtown Toronto hotel. No contract or lease is required.

One Bedroom + Office or our Junior 2 Bedroom has 1 Large Bedroom + Office/2ND Bedroom, 800sq. ft. with full kitchen, living room with Double pull out sofa bed, dining area, and second bedroom with office desk, book case and Captains bed. A Captains bed is a standard size single bed but with drawers under the bed. It is located in the Office/2ND Bedroom and is suitable for an adult or a child. This suite can sleep a family of five. Actual unit is pictured on the website. Special weekly rate is only CDN$125 per night plus tax. Only CDN$2,400 for a 30 day booking, no taxes. Additional nights continue at the special prorated weekly or monthly $80 per night rate. An 800 sq. ft. apartment for less than the cost of a Toronto hotel room.

Additional pull out cots (single) and Twin airbeds with motor are available. Baby playpen and highchair is also available.

The apartments are comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced. Each furnished suite comes complete with large kitchen including double sink, table, full size 30 in. fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, bake ware, serving ware, tea set, china, glassware, cutlery, utensils and kitchen linens. Additional item are available on request such as large roaster, blender, or rice cooker. We also provide all furnishing, house wares, bedroom and bath linens, free 450 Channel Satellite TV/Radio - includes 'HBO - The Movie Network', utilities - apartment controlled air conditioning and heating, in house laundry facilities and your own private phone number with free local phone calls as well as (optional) housekeeping services and wireless Hi-speed (8.0Mbps) Internet. Why pay over CDN$100 per night for just a hotel room? Our suites are less than the price of an airport or downtown Toronto motel/hotel room. At 800 and 1,000 sq. ft. our apartments are much larger than standard hotel rooms or suite hotels. Compare, you will find most do not volunteer or provide unit size.

Please Note: rates may vary based on availability, number in your group, time of booking and length of stay. Flexible stay means that monthly stays are not necessarily from the 1st to the 30th. Stays of over 30 days are exempt from taxes. Standard prices apply to 1 to 3 guests per one-bedroom suite, or 1 to 4 guests per two-bedroom suite or 1 to 6 guests per three-bedroom suite. A charge of $10.00 per night applies to each and every additional guest. Pull-out beds / cots are available.

We are located just south of the Old Mill Subway Station in the prestigious Kingsway neighbourhood of Toronto. A very safe, upscale, quiet residential area walking distance to park, lake, schools, five churches, two shopping plazas, a variety of first class restaurants and fast food options, bank, video, variety stores, two drug stores, Dentist and Doctor clinic, two grocery stores, with one conveniently open 24 hours. To reserve our suites and guarantee your booking, we require a $500.00 deposit. Only reservations confirmed with a deposit are guaranteed. Rate increases for 2008 will apply to all reservations not confirmed by February 29, 2008. Reservation instructions are available upon request.
