Spain Vacation Rental villa

This 2 bedroom villa is situated at Playa Golf I, Campoamor, just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Cabo Roig and Campoamor beaches and Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Villamartin golf course about 10 minutes drive.

The property has a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC and shower, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, main bedroom and twin bedroom, balcony off of main bedroom, bathroom and upstairs roof solarium.

The property has a large front garden which has been laid to stones, even in the winter, the garden gets some sunshine.

On entering the villa you have the bright dining/living room. The dining area has a rattan dining table and 4 chairs, with glass chandelier above. The living area has 2 sofas, wooden coffee table, sideboard with TV which has English channels, DVD player, glass chandelier, lamp and air conditioning unit.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, stainless steel sink, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses.

On the ground floor you also have the downstairs toilet, sink with mirror and shower.

Up the stairs ...

You have the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with air conditioning, has a double bed, headboard, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bed side lights, large dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobe, hairdryer. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony which has 2 chairs.

The twin bedroom, with hot/cold air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, fitted wardrobe.

The main bedroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror.

Leading up the stairs ...

You have the roof solarium with table and 4 chairs, cushions are available to put on the chairs.

Their is a communal swimming pool down the road with grass for sunbathing and marble benches. The pool has a shallow area for young children.

Parking available on the drive or on the road in front of the property.

There is an information pack of things to do in the area, restaurants etc.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.

Grocery packs are available - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

A car would be recommended when staying at this property.

Walking distance you have an Aldi supermarket, several bars and restaurants.

5 minutes drive you have Campoamor and Cabo Roig beaches. Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. Approximately 10 minutes Villamartin golf course and Villamartin Plaza.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants.

Las Habaneras shopping centre, with 3 storeys of shops.

Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt.

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 45km.

Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km.

Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km (about 75 mins drive).

Approximately 50 mins drive from Alicante airport or 25 mins from Murcia airport.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property.

A car would be advisable when staying at this property.
