We are located 17 miles from the Las Vegas strip, 15 miles from the airport and 20 minutes from Lake Mead in the exciting golf community of Lake Las Vegas Resort, which boasts three world class golf courses, a european village with unique shops and several restaurants and its own Montillago gaming casino.In summer there are concerts on the lake by famous artists as well as other special events through out the year. There are boat and gondola rentals on the gorgeous lake that dominates the area, and you can even see downtown Las Vegas from many areas in the resort. So if your looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind this is it, but if you want to go into Las Vegas and get into the heavy action once in awhile it's an easy drive or there is always limo services available.
The villa is decorated in a coloful Tuscan style and boasts a private pool and jacuzzi, covered patio and a 3 hole putting green, there is also a casita with its own private entry and includes, a flat screen tv, microwave and refrigerator and private bath. The first night’s deposit is required upon reservation or full payment if reservation is within 30 days. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to arrival full amount will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a penalty of one nights stay. After 2 weeks prior to arrival, no refund will be applicable. We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Each reservation may utilize a maximum of two (2) credit cards.
Discount Programs may change or be discontinued without notice.
A Reservation Fee of $200 is applicable. This non-refundable fee applies to all reservations and includes Taxes, Resort Fees, Utilities, Departure Cleaning, and In-Room Amenities.
*This is a NON-SMOKING home: A fee of $500 will be
imposed should there be evidence of smoking.

Any damage to property or contents will be billed to renters credit card upon departure.

All reservations are non-cancellable/non-reundable within 30 days prior to arrival. All cancelled reservations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Deposit equal to one (1) nights rental is due when making reservation. The full amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The remainder will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival unless otherwise requested at the time the reservation is made. No personal checks will be accepted . Credit Cards, money orders or cashiers checks only. A current credit card and photo I.D. are required at check in for the security deposit.
You, the guest agree to the prior, and following:
1. Leave the property in the same condition as when you checked-in.
2. Leave at the agreed upon time.
3. Report any damage or breakage to Condo/Villa upon discovery.
4. Respect the property, and the rights of surrounding neighbors.
5. Turn off all lights. Lock all doors.
Any damage or extraordinary cleaning will be charged to your credit card at check out. Cleanliness and condition will be determined by property management.
Charges to your credit card will be made as follows:
-Unauthorized late check-out one-half nights rent
-Property not left in the same condition as check-in $25.00-$300.00+
-Repair of damage or mis-use cost + 25%
-Keys not returned $10.00 each key
-Tampering with the owner's locked storage, smoke alarms,
fire extinguishers or removal of any of the property's contents.
