Deposits are required at the time of booking. Full payment due 90 days before arrival. Amount of security and deposit for booking may vary depending on the length of stay and season for booking.

In celebration of our own first year of property ownership and business in Waikiki, we are inviting our guests to share in our excitement about this spectacular island. Send us an e-mail letting us know who is interested in our properties. List the person’s e-mail address, and we'll take it from there. Once the booking has been completed with a successful stay for both you and your friend, we’ll drop a check in the mail the very next day. And when you decide to rebook with us, we’ll also give you an immediate $25.00 discount on your next stay.

Stan and Marie are retired educators. Marie was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston. Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good novel, and attend classical music concerts and the theater. We will be glad to provide you with references upon request.
