Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to the start date of the lease is entitled to a full refund of full deposit.
Cancellation inside of 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Early departure notice must be received 2 weeks prior to early departure date. Early departures with a total stay time of less than 30 days will be subject to applicable nightly room rate taxes. Should sufficient notice not be given for the early departure, the guest acknowledges a penalty of the deposit.
Date changes will be permitted based on availability of the selected suite.
