Small, fully furnished studio guesthouse available for daily, weekly or monthly rent. It is furnished with a double bed and a small kitchen area with a table and chairs, plates and flatware, refrigerator, microwave oven
and hotplate. It also comes with a full bathroom.
Bed and bath linens are furnished, and the owner will clean periodically as per guest preference. Laundry service is available for a small additional fee.
Street parking is available. The city busline is located 2 blocks north of the property (about a 5-10 minute walk).

Area Description
Guesthouse is located in central Tucson, approximately 1.5 miles from downtown and 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona. Reid Park, the largest park in the city and home of the City of Tucson Reid Park Zoo, is .75 miles to the east of the property. The city busline is two blocks north and is a quick walk. We are 7.5 miles from the Tucson International Airport.

Cancellation Policy
A $75.00 reservation fee is required. This will be subtracted from the total. Cancellations made 1 week or less prior to arrival will not be refunded the reservation fee.
