Cancellation Policy
Pet Policy Please note that most homeowner's do not allow pets, so please advise when making reservations.
Cancellation Policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE, unless the cabin can be rented. Phone reservations must be confirmed within three days by mailing check or money order. Security deposits vary. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. EXCEPTION: Holidays the cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival and balance of funds is due 30 days prior to arrival
Holiday rates & minimum night stay Thanksgiving is a Holiday rate and a 4 night minimum. Christmas/New Years Holiday rate starts 12/21/06 - 01/01/07 and is a 4 night minimum. Sometimes the calender will allow for fewer nights but you need to call and check with our office. We do our best to make it possible to work with everyones schedules. Presidents Day and July 4th are also a 3 night minimum with Holiday rates.
