This cozy, country cabin, built in 2007, provides all the modern conveniences of a new home, while embracing you with the warm comfort of earthy and serene decor. Curl up on the sofa and watch a movie on the big screen television, wander out to the hammock in the backyard for an afternoon snooze, have a candlelight dinner on the back deck and then enjoy the jetted tub in the spa-like setting of the master bathroom. Don’t forget about all the nearby outdoor activities! Walk to tennis courts, golf course/pro-shop, community pool and indoor & outdoor dining at the country club and a quick drive to the lake and sandy beaches.

Booking Fee + 50% of Rent + 50% County Tax due at the time of booking, all non-refundable. Thereafter, 45 days prior to arrival the remaining balance is due, all non-refundable. We do offer Trip and Cancellation Insurance.

TWO OPTIONS;
1. Security Deposit Waiver is $45, non-refundable, flat fee, which provides you with insurance coverage up to $1500.00 in case of accidental damage at the vacation rental. No other deposit is required. This is the required option if bringing PETS to our pet friendly cabins.
2. Standard Security Deposit of $1000.00 is refundable 2-weeks after departure.

Standard rate $175. Holiday rate $200. PET $20/night/pet. Plus taxes & fees.
