Vacation Rental Description
We have two 1 bedroom apartments available in this owner occupied brownstone building in the West Village. GREAT location, on sweet and relatively quiet Cornelia St, 1/2 block to the famous Bleeker St. Walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and fun stuff in the W Village, SoHo and TriBeca. Subway is 1/2 block away - really - couldn't be more conveniently located.
VERY cute apartments with European flavor. Clean, cozy, very expensive queen beds in each apartment, high end linens, fresh flowers, mineral water and warm hospitality provided.
Both apartments have pull out couch in living room, second floor can sleep 3 adults, third floor can sleep 4. Wireless internet and cable TV. Full kitchen with high end appliances and dishwasher in each.
Owner has Organic Italian restaurant downstairs with outdoor garden open till about midnite. Guests welcome to sit and unwind in garden patio in eves - nice way to relax after long day out and about. It is relatively quiet in apartments - but light sleepers, families with small children or early to bed guests please be aware of outdoor garden out back.
Rates:
Apr - Aug $240-$290/night
Sept - Oct $300-$350/night
Nov-Dec 15 $275-$350/night
Xmas-New Year 2 week minimum.
Rates are dependent on length of stay, number of people, time of year. $75 cleaning fee.
To reserve, we ask for 20% via cc to our PayPal account. The remainder plus a $300 security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via personal check or bank transfer. Security refunded within 10 days of departure assuming no damage.
