The villa is a very warm and welcoming place to stay. It is cheerfully decorated to induce a relaxing mood. It is furnished with to accomodate most needs. Amenities include: A/C, internet access, satelite tv, fans in every room, equiped kitchen, queen size bed, sofa and chair, hot water, quality linens and towels. It is kept very clean to ensure the satisfaction of all clients.
The complex is located in the heart of the rainforest where wildlife is in abundance. The pool is kept very clean and grounds are maintained every day.

Area Description
Manuel Antonio is a perfect town to vacation in. There is an over abundance of restaurants to satisfy every taste bud. There are also casinos and dance clubs for those who like nightlife. Transportation is available in many forms. Taxi's are always accesible and the bus stop is a two minut walk. All activities are nearby, sportfishing, kayaking, surfing, white water rafting, parasailing, canopy tours, areal tram, hiking, the beach is ten minut bus ride. There are many spa's to choose from if you just want to get pampered.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is applicable 30 days before actual rental date. Refund will be recieved within 30 days after cancellation.
Other Policies
We understand that accidents happen and things sometimes get damaged. We would like to think that anyone who rents our villa will respect our property. We will only charge for damages to things that are expensive or imported such as towels and linens, electrical items, windows, walls and structure. So please be carefull!!!
