Area Description
Island Club is located mid-island and is convenient to all island activites. There is easy access to grocery stores, dining, shopping, and water sports. Bike paths run throughout the length of the island and biking on the beach is one of the most popular pastimes. The complex is within walking distance to the luxurious Westin Hotel where you can dine at one of their wonderful restaurants, relax and have lunch at the poolside beach bar or listen to live music at the newly opened, modern XO lounge. You can do it all or nothing at all the choice is up to you.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to arrival refund your deposit less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel within the 30 days and we are unable to rerent the property you could forfeit your deposit.
Deposits
50% of the base rental due at time of booking.
