This beautiful beach house has been lovingly decorated and furnished. After one visit, you will know that your group has found their place at the beach. This house is close to everything: a short walk to the beach, the quaint village of Duck is just down the road, there is a great sailing school and water sports center close by, and the sunsets are off of your wrap around deck every night! Bring your family for a great worry free vacation - linens are provided, beds are made, and 10 sets of towels are provided.
Top Level: Living Room w/ Flat Screen TV/VCR/DVD and Stereo with CD & X-Box, Kitchen w/ Breakfast Bar (4 bar stools), Dining Area (seats 8), Den w/ Computer, Powder Room, King master bedroom with dual vanity. Wrap-around Deck access from Dining Area, King master bedroom and Living Room.
Mid Level: 2 Queen master bedrooms with TV, pyramid Bunk Room with TV shares bath with room with 2 bunk sets.
Ground Level: Full size bed suite with TV has semi-private bath that is shared with Rec. Room, Rec. Room with TV/VDR/DVD, Air Hockey, Foosball, and wet bar w/ sink & mini-fridge. Sliding door provides access to Private Pool (14x30), New Hot Tub (seats 8), outside shower, charcoal grill (2).

Area Description
Our house is located in the Northern section of Duck, NC, a quaint ocean village w/ great boutique shops, restaurants, and unspoiled beautiful beaches. A very nice, paved bike / walking path connects you to the village and all the recreational activities (sailing, jet skiing, parasailing and kayaking are all witing 1/2 mile of the house), and the village with great restaurants and shopping is one mile away. This is the perfect 'get-away' spot for your summer vacation!
