For the convenience of the early sleepers or late raisers the second story of this spacious Tahoe vacation rental is where the bedrooms are located.

The linens are New, not just "fresh", of high thread count. The Towels are plentiful and new as well.

Required Stay
2 Night Minimum
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property. If we are successful in renting the house for the time booked by you, a refund for the re-rented property will be made.
Deposits
Full payment is due one month prior to rental.
Other Policies
Parties of any form (Bachelor, Bachelorette, Graduation, Sorority, Frat, etc.) are not permitted on our property. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Your security deposit will NOT be returned if a party has occurred.
