Rentals that are cancelled 45 days or more in advance - $95.00 FEE
If cancelled between 30-45 day period before arrival- $195.00 FEE
If Cancelled 15-30 days before arrive date, 25% of rental amount will be forfeited
If cancelled 72hours - 15 days before arrival, 50% of rental amount will be forfeited
If cancelled less than 72 hours then you will receive 50% of rental amount for future credit- NO REFUND GIVEN ON THIS RULE- CREDIT ONLY
