Required Stay
1 NIGHT- SUMMER 1 WEEK - WINTER SEASON
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit of the total amount. Balance is due 30 days prior to checking date. You can pay with certified checks, money orders or personal check. If you would like to use an alternate method of payment, please let us know in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Broker will charge the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
• Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
• Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%
During the Rental Period: The Broker regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Broker recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance. There will be no reimbursement of money if client cancel or vacate the premises prior to the termination of this agreement.
Deposits
DAMAGE DEPOSITS: A $150 damage deposit per unit of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms is required upon arrival. A $300 damage deposit is required for the 3 bedroom villa as well. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items or long distance telephone calls charged to the villa's telephone.

Other Policies
The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay at the Villa unless this has been agreed in writing prior to the rental period. Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed in the Villas. No smoke as owner’s request.
