Only a 3-minute walk to the Marina Beach...just one lot away from Casseretto Court - the popular Marina Beach entrance. (The Marina Beach Offers: BBQ pits, picnic tables, expansive lawn and beach areas, water trampoline in the summer months, snack shack open all summer, bait shop, paddle boat rentals). This cabin is the place to be to view Independence Day fireworks! The main living area is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to enjoy hanging out together...the kitchen/dining/living/deck are all on the same level, providing spacious & expanded living.

PET FRIENDLY! THE OWNERS WELCOME YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS! Max. of 2 dogs permitted, NO SIZE LIMITATIONS, must be well-behaved, housebroken, non-destructive.

Booking Fee + 50% of Rent + 50% County Tax due at the time of booking, all non-refundable. Thereafter, 45 days prior to arrival the remaining balance is due, all non-refundable. We do offer Trip and Cancellation Insurance.

TWO OPTIONS;
1. Security Deposit Waiver is $45, non-refundable, flat fee, which provides you with insurance coverage up to $1500.00 in case of accidental damage at the vacation rental. No other deposit is required. This is the required option if bringing PETS to our pet friendly cabins.
2. Standard Security Deposit of $1000.00 is refundable 2-weeks after departure.

Standard rate $375. Holiday rate $400. PET $20/night/pet. Plus taxes & fees.
