The epitome of a relaxed mountain getaway…exactly what you want! Make your families favorite hotcakes for breakfast in the country kitchen, light some candles and fire up the grill out on the back deck to prepare and enjoy a lovely outdoor dinner experience, share some time watching the little ones carelessly gliding on the tire swing or grab that novel you’ve been reading and kick back in the hammock. Whatever it is, you will be creating precious memories and isn’t that what it’s all about. The Lake Lodge Beach & Playground are only 10 lots away (about 1/8 of a mile) and remember, you can take the seasonal water taxi from here to the main Marina Beach. Tennis Courts are also just around the corner.

Black Oak Casino is located in Tuolumne City; you will find fine dining, sports bar, buffet, bowling, arcade and more. Take in a play presented by Sierra Repertory Theatre in Sonora and then do some shopping at the many boutiques in Historic Downtown Sonora. Booking Fee + 50% of Rent + 50% County Tax due at the time of booking, all non-refundable. Thereafter, 45 days prior to arrival the remaining balance is due, all non-refundable. We do offer Trip and Cancellation Insurance.

TWO OPTIONS;
1. Security Deposit Waiver is $45, non-refundable, flat fee, which provides you with insurance coverage up to $1500.00 in case of accidental damage at the vacation rental. No other deposit is required. This is the required option if bringing PETS to our pet friendly cabins.
2. Standard Security Deposit of $1000.00 is refundable 2-weeks after departure.

Standard rate $150. Holiday rate $200. Plus taxes & fees.
