WHY DO I HAVE SO MANY OPENINGS? IT IS BECAUSE THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING AND I DISCOVERED I DO NOT HAVE POOL PRIVILEGES. I INFORMED ALL MY FUTURE RENTALS AND SOME OF THEM CANCELLED . . . MAKING SOME OPENINGS. THAT'S IT. SAD, BUT TRUE. YOU WILL DISCOVER . . . THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO HILTON HEAD ISLAND THAN A POOL.

Our completely furnished 2 bdrm, 2.5 ba villa (located in Shipyard Planatation - The Cottages) is completely furnished for all your needs- linens, towels, washer/dryer within villa, completely equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout villa, DVD/VCR, free internet capability, 2 master bedrooms with separate baths (one room has a king size bed; the other room has a queen size and twin beds)and tv's in each rm. Couch in living room makes into queen size bed making sleeping for 6. I have a twin roll-away in the closet for additional sleeping, if needed. NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE; LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN/DINING ROOM/ENTRY WAY NEW WOOD FLOORS; NEW HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING, AS WELL AS NEW BEDROOM FURNITURE IN BOTH BEDROOMS.

My villa is centrally located so that you can reach the south part of the island very easily with a south entrance, as well as a north entrance to get to everything on the north end of the island.

There are 2 beaches closeby . . . a short 2 minute drive (1/2 mile) from our villa. . . . Shipyard Planation Beach and Coligney Beach. For your convenience, we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, beach toys, beach cooler and 2 boogie-boards (for kids) to take to the beach. I also have a wonderful beach cart to put all the items into – to make it easier to get all the “stuff” to the beach easily.

Positive . As first time visitors to HHI, we were thrilled to arrive at #20 The Cottages and find it so well equipped, so comfy, so homey and so well decorated. The beds are wonderful, the jacuzzi tub the perfect antidote to a thrilling bike riding, golf playing, exploring day. Thank you, Karen and Ron--marital bliss is having 3 tv's--lots of room to spread out and plush carpets to muffle early morming risers!!! Owner #20 the Cottages but live in Hilton Head 6 months a year and in a Chicago Suburb the other 6 months.

Within Shipyard Plantation are 3 . . . 9 hole golf courses - - Shipyard Golf Club. There are numerous tennis courts and access to the beach.

There are 30 golf courses, over 325 restaurants and 31 malls for shopping on this island that is 12 miles long and 4 miles wide.

This is definitely a child-friendly place to come - numerous beaches, minature golf and play centers for kids.

Come to this beautiful island . . . you will be glad you did.

Minimum of 3 nights. If only 3 nights, cleaning fee of $95 is also charged.

For a refund of monies, cancellation must be made in writing 30 days prior to the arrival date. A fee of $25 will be charged. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposit monies.
