Vacation Rental Description
Ocean Forest Plaza is located in a great family area--the cabana area of Myrtle Beach--or the "Golden Mile". The resort has an outdoor pool just steps to the beach and an indoor pool with jacuzzi. The condo itself has a fabulous direct ocean/beach view. It has 2 cable TVs/DVD player. There are two double beds as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There is an extra sink/lavinette/large mirror with "Hollywood" style lighting in the bedroom. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided. There is wi fi access available. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, dishes, utensils, pots & pans. There are two beach chairs, beach umbrella, and some beach toys in the condo. There is a charcoal grill near the pool. Bed & bath linen and departure cleaning included.

Rates are plus 11% tax. Weekly rentals--Saturday to Saturday only. Long-term rates available--please call. Rates include bed and bath linens and departure cleaning. There is no daily maid service. Coin-operated laundry facilities in building--one floor away. NO SMOKING and NO PETS! Ocean Forest Plaza does not allow guests to bring pets and also does not allow motorcycles and trailers in the parking lots.

Area Description
The area is a family-friendly area, the cabana section, or "Golden Mile" area of Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is about 5 miles from the condo and Restaurant Row is about 7 miles from the condo.
Policies
Required Stay
Weekly stay--Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable if reservation cancelled before 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, deposit is not refunded unless we are able to rent the condo to someone else for that time period. In that case, deposit would be refunded. If you are staying at the condo and a mandatory weather evacuation goes into effect, your money is refundable on a pro-rata day basis.
Deposits
Deposit is 20% of the rental fee or $150, whichever is greater. Deposit is then subtracted from the rental fee.
Other Policies
Payment is due in full two weeks prior to arrival.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS! No luggage carts to be brought into the condo--must be unloaded from the hallway. Ocean Forest Plaza does NOT allow guests to bring pets nor do they allow motorcycles or trailers in the parking lots.
