Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rental house

We are FTLVacationRental.com, a small, locally owned company with several units, all in Fort Lauderdale. We have some of the nicest Fort Lauderdale vacation rentals in the area, yet they are also some of the most reasonably priced. In fact, we have lowered our rates for 2009 and are offering various specials on our website. All properties have been renovated and are in very nice, established, tropical, quiet neighborhoods.

All of our units, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom, include every amenity you'll need for your stay including a full kitchen, in-unit washer-dryer, central air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, local phone service, wireless internet, ceiling fans, private tropical yard with outdoor furniture, all linens (including beach towels) and so much more.

Every unit can sleep extra people on a pull out couch or futon in the living room. Every bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kitchens include all your pots and pans, dishes, cookware, microwave, full-size appliances and coffee maker.

All our properties are very centrally located, too -- within 1.5 miles to the famous Fort Lauderdale beach, 1.5 miles to shopping and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd, 1.5 miles to trendy Wilton Manors and just 7 miles to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. Plus, there is a full grocery store, restaurants and 24 hour Walgreens (convenience/drug store) within a few blocks.

All are non-smoking and we have a strict no-pets policy.

Very quiet neighborhood. Home is very centrally located, just 1.5 miles to beach, 1.5 miles to downtown Fort Lauderdale and about 1 mile to trendy Wilton Manors.
