Enjoy this terrific South Forest Beach location! The Beach is just a 3-5 minute walk across the street.
Also, you can walk or ride bikes to Coligny Plaza (six-tenths of a mile to be exact) for Java Joe's Coffee, shopping, dining, or ice cream.

Sorry, but we must charge all rentals the 11% SC sales tax and a $40 reservation processing fee.
Our rental company will email a rental contract, provide you with key pickup/dropoff, and parking pass. Minimum rental age is 25 to sign contract. A valid credit card is required for security deposit (The credit card number remains confidential with the rental company!)
*Cleaning fee included in ALL 7 DAY RENTALS. (*Exceptions will be noted.)
Less than 5 nights, may incur a $95 cleaning fee at the discretion of the owner.
SUMMER RENTAL WEEK is Saturday to Saturday. Other seasons may be flexible.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m.

Our villa was remodeled in 2004 and we make improvements each year for the comfort of our guests.
The Xanadu property consists of 72 condo style units in a four-story building. All units are convenient to elevator and stairs. Shared coin WASHER & DRYER on each floor - $1.00 to wash, 50 cents to dry.
The building and grounds underwent a major renovation in 2005-06. Xanadu is a unique island property with a moat surrounding the building for a relaxing atmosphere. Remote Key access is required for the parking gate and exterior building door.
GUEST COMMENTS:

Policies
Required Stay
Minimum 5 days for summer months (Saturday to Saturday).
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 30 days in advance for full refund less $50 fee.
Deposits
Your valid credit card number on file is the security deposit and to hold reservation. One-half of all fees will be due at booking or within 5 days (if payment is by check or money order). Full payment is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Other Policies
Absolutely NO PETS!!!! NON-SMOKING too!
