Pine Mountain Lake Amenities Include: Airport, 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, Country Club with indoor & outdoor dining, Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Horseshoe Pits, Equestrian Center, Three Sandy Beaches on the Lake (Marina Beach, LakeLodge Beach/Playground and Dunn Court Beach), Two Playgrounds (LakeLodge Playground and Fishermans Cove Playground), Daily Summer Kids Camp at the lake & Little Ranglers Kids Camp at the equestrian center.
Take a short drive to Yosemite National Park where you will enjoy picnicking, birdwatching, hiking, biking, siteseeing, iceskating & snowshoeing. Be sure to visit the quaint shops and plentiful restaurants in downtown Groveland, including The Iron Door, the oldest saloon in California. Black Oak Casino is located in Tuolumne City; you will find fine dining, sports bar, buffet, bowling, arcade and more. Take in a play presented by Sierra Repertory Theatre in Sonora and then do some shopping at the many boutiques in Historic Downtown Sonora. Lake Don Pedro is a large lake nearby, approximately 15 miles to the nearest boat launch. Lake Don Pedro is where many vacationers and locals go for summer watersports. Required Stay
Standard Two Night Minimum. Holidays Require Three Night Minimum, unless booking last minute.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee + 50% of Rent + 50% County Tax due at the time of booking, all non-refundable. Thereafter, 45 days prior to arrival the remaining balance is due, all non-refundable. We do offer Trip and Cancellation Insurance.
Deposits
TWO OPTIONS;
1. Security Deposit Waiver is $45, non-refundable, flat fee, which provides you with insurance coverage up to $1500.00 in case of accidental damage at the vacation rental. No other deposit is required. This is the required option if bringing PETS to our pet friendly cabins.
2. Standard Security Deposit of $1000.00 is refundable 2-weeks after departure.
Other Fees
15% County Tax/Fees, $15/Vehicle Parking Permits, Cleaning Fee, $20/pet/day.
