Come stay at our newly renovated villa. There is nothing like staying in a place that has so many new amenities. The cleanliness alone will make you feel comfortable. Downstairs we added another loveseat with a DVD/VCR player and a 19" flat screen TV (all new!). If the kids are watching something in the living room you can stay on the same floor and watch something else in the other room, off the kitchen. Very few villas has this extra TV/Study room. We also added GameCube with Games in this room!

Downstairs, along with the above additional room, enjoy our beautifully decorated and new furniture in our living room. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control. For those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities. There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated.

Moving upstairs, enjoy the added room of a king sized bed in the master bedroom with, again, another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies! This comes in very handy for me. The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, with a 19" Flat Screen TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Also, the 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. Both bathrooms have shower doors.

There are a total of FOUR TV's in our villa. Plenty TV's to go around. If you don't want to watch TV, relax on the deck and watch the golfers play golf on the 7th hole. Have a BBQ with our new Weber Gas Grill and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. That's the life! Or, take the path to the beach, in the shade. Ride on our FOUR available bikes, walk or drive to the beach. Our villa is one of the closest villas to the pool. Everything is within a 5 minutes walk!

The Shipyard Plantation is a security patrolled, gated community with lighted walking / biking paths and golf courses throughout the property. It is only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse Marina and Golf Links. The Greens development (within Shipyard) is known for its close proximity to the renowed Van Der Meer Tennis Courts, tall shady trees and quiet and relaxing setting. Our Villa sports a beautiful view of the Shipyard Golf Course off the rear deck and is centrally located in The Greens development.

THE 2nd CLOSEST DEVELOPMENT, WITHIN SHIPYARD, TO THE BEACH! There is a path that runs along the backyard, in the shade. For your convenience we have beach chairs and a buggy to take to the beach. Also, 4 bikes for you to enjoy. Save money renting the bikes at a shop.

Five minutes away is Forest Beach and the famous Coligny Plaza which contains over 70 shops. There are 14 restaurants, ice cream, Java Joe's Coffee Cafe and much more. Use the Pope Ave. exit.

There is nothing like having the security of someone being there in the event something happens during your stay, quickly.

Required Stay

During busy season (April - Sept.) - Sat to Sat rental. Others monthly or daily (3 day minimum)

Cancellation Policy

For a refund of monies, cancellation must be in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival date (less $50 administration fee). Any cancellations between 59-31 days must be in writing and constitutes a forfeiture of 50% of your deposit. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date constitutes a forfeiture of all money received. Forfeiture of money under these circumstances may be waived if the unit is rented to another party, at the same rate, although, the administrative fee will apply. Cancellation, early departure or shortened stay does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately (www.InsureMyTrip.com).

Deposits

$400 is required for all rentals to confirm rental dates. All deposits are required to be paid by Personal Check. Payment by Credit Card accepted with additional $25. Receipt of rental deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein

Final Payment is required to be received 30 days prior to day of arrival. All final payments are required to be paid by Personal Check,if within 30 days from arrival, or Credit Card. Renter acknowledges receipt of the final payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Other Fees

No other fees, except for Cleaning Fee ($90) for any rentals with ONLY a 3 night stay. Over 3 night stay, cleaning fee is no extra charge.

Other Policies

Security Deposit - a credit card is required for use as a security deposit for any damages during your rental. The Guest guarantees payment & authorizes charges to the Guest’s credit card. In the event of any Guest damage, we reserves the right to add a coordination surcharge to replacement and/or repair costs. This credit card will only be charged if damages or missing items are reported. This Security Deposit is due one month prior to arrival, along with above final payment. If you prefer, you can pay for the Security Deposit with a $250 refundable check, 1 month prior to arrival.
